What can be the reason for two months baby born at 33 week of pregnancy not seeing face or any object

A. Gain their vision after completing the time of three months so if your child is not seeing or responding well to anything that’s very natural skill of the child in this age they learn better after completing the time of three months as their vision gets proper right now doesn’t seem like a problem
