Q.

what can be done to make breastmilk fattier? one of the breast is producing milk which is more like water?

A. have healthy food like dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday to increase breast milk quantity.
