ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. you may take paracetamol to reduce fever n headache. take adequate fluid, avoid stress, n take a good nap.. if fever persist, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Crocin you can have the blue packet which is normally available that you can go ahead with her Bandana Reshu Virgil situation early pregnancy I would recommend you to check with your gynaecologist before you take any medicine as we do not recommend self medication
