Till the time of seven months doctor usually do a routine check up with the blood test to check about your sugar and everything and after seven months usually there is no scan you have a last scan by the time of seven months if the doctor feel there’s a need to get an another ultrasound done then they advise you but otherwise after seven months there is no need of an ultrasound as well
