what are the home remedies for not attacking cold during this winter for babies age 2+ years?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a prohyper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

Here If you protect your child properly by covering your child with clothes avoiding switching of temperature is in two rooms and giving proper warm food to the child as in which has heat into them which will build into warmth into the child’s body that’s going to be good enough
