Namaste Mom, You can give semi solid and mashed foods , so you may probably prefer to offer new foods from varied groups , and one at a time , foods such as steamed vegetables , soups , fresh fruits , kichidi, ragi , suji porrdige , home made cerelac mix , curds , ghee etc
