What are the best way to increase breast milk supply as it is very low that I can’t meet the demand of my newborn baby. After breastfeed he still remains hungry that I have to give him formula

A. take Lactare capsules twice a day or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.. to increase breast milk secretion. take healthy food.
