Uma RamMom of 2 children22 hours agoA. Hello good morning !! To improve the breast milk supply include lactating foods in diet.
Milk and dairy products, papaya ,chiku ,bread
toast,rusk ,poppy seeds,garlic in curries ,garlic
milk ,saunf water .
Give direct feed to baby the more baby latches the more milk produces.
