Opt for fruits like apple slices, bananas, or berries for a naturally sweet treat. Veggie sticks like carrots, cucumbers, or bell peppers paired with hummus or yogurt dip make a crunchy, satisfying snack. Whole-grain crackers, homemade popcorn, or rice cakes are better options than chips. For protein, try cheese cubes, boiled eggs, or a handful of nuts (if age-appropriate). Smoothies made with fresh fruit and milk or yogurt are also great. These options are wholesome, easy to prepare, and free from unnecessary additives or excess sugar.
