NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthty food and a nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products well
