A. to lose successive weight it is advisable to take less carbohydrates and fats lot of proteins adequate exercise like brisk walking yoga etc . . . . .. . .

A. Hello dear parent, you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Also drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises.
