Oats, daliya, ragi, sprouts, dal, paneer, curd, milk, dry fruits, ghee, cheese, eggs, green leafy vegetables, green vegetables, fresh and seasonal fruits, chicken helps in weight gain
Give small and frequent meals meals
Reduce consumption of biscuits, and packaged food and drinks.

To help baby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk.
