week: 34weeks 1 day presentation: cephalic placenta: posterior upper segment maturity:grade 3 what does this mean??can I have a normal vaginal delivery?and what is grade 3

It just says that the babies position right now is head down and the placenta is showing appropriate maturity depending upon the gestational age. We can’t say if you’ll have a vaginal birth or not depending on these factors
