We r out of station nd my 4yr old kids get vomiting and loose motions.. only 1 time and not having meal . which medicine I should give to him

Emset and entrogermina you can give twice in a day but if the vomiting and lose motions both are there then in that case it would be very important for you to check with your doctor for a local paediatrician or talk to your doctor as they can help you with further medication as per the requirement
