water and dirt from one eye why and what can be done for this

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. watery eyes are normal condition in early age..baby's tear duct may not have fully developed yet.
You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting ( dirt) by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.
