Wat should i feed my 9months old??? Can i gove mango juice? Curd? Coconut water? Also wat educational tous u ll suggest for this play

Hello ma’am Avoid giving juices to the child and the rest what ever you mention coconut water and all these things you can give to the child vegetable purees vegetable soup fruits and curd cheese Paneer oats ragi Suji Kheer Upma all these things you can give to your child from the very beginning itself and right now there are no such educational toys to go for You should be introducing them after the age of 1 1/2 years
