ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, cow milk is not safe to be given to 3 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Introduction of any other milk before 6 months can increase the risk of infection and even reduce the milk supply.
