In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cdtause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate prtoperly and will guide you accordingly for this .

See sometimes when child vomits with a lot of intensity and a lot of pressure that time you can see this yellow kind of a colour and sometimes it could be there a little bit bit of congestion can be the reason behind it like in the chest could be a little bit bit of congestion but in most of the cases this is very normal
