Very much worried abt her stool she is feeling difficult in passing n it's very hard three times in a day little little she passes. I'm giving her banana very day. I'm giving three meals in a day lik broken wheat, oats milets vegetables ceralac

A. Hi mom Constipation is common in babies less than one year. Also when u start with the solids the stool gets hard. Give water, papaya, pear etc to ur baby to get relief from constipation. Take care
