Unknowingly I used my zero power specs to my 3 months old about 2 to 3 minutes is it safe?

A. If there was no Number there was no power in the glass that you use then it is not going to make a difference if there was a number then it would have made a difference but right now not so need not worry about it and in case of any doubt if you have you can always visit your doctor but with what you mentioned right now doesn’t seem like a problem at all
