u am breastfeeding mother Mera baby 3.5 month ka hai .to ab sab normal khana kha sakti hu k nai? matlab thoda spicy or kabhi man lage to fast food ?

A. Of course you should eat each and every thing whatever you would want do and if you want to eat junk food also you can but in moderation that’s only thing that you need to take care of otherwise there is no restriction on any kind of food that you would want to eat
