A. it is very difficult to comment here without a prfoper examination so it is better to consult your droctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...

It’s Just a basic surgery the doctors are going to do an ENT doctor is going to perform the surgery to open it and that’s the only way to get rid of tongue tie so you can consult your doctor that YD to go for surgery now then you can get it done at the doctors advised me to go ahead with any kind of surgery for the same
