Too much headache... what should I do May b it's bcoz of sleep...gas...etc

Hello mama headache can be due to weakness. eat healthy and nutritious diet to recover from nutrient loss after delivery. u can take dolo for headache as it is safe to take during breastfeeding. masage ur head with warm oil. take adequate rest and sleep
