Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. insect bite over the tongue will heal by itself but if it is causing swelling the child has to be given anti allergic medicines after medical consultation with your doctor

What’s Tongue insect I am never heard of this thing and neither am I aware of it so you can just wait for sometime if this is some kind of an issue the paediatrician will definitely take up your query and will assist you according to the question that you asked
