Q.

today we got blood test report of my son he is having high fever ..all test reports are normal like malaria is negative but hb is down due to high infection it came 8.6 which food items will help me to increase hb and faster recovery for him . which will boost immunity

A. happens due to more intake of milk. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly . prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables . .

Very important for you that you definitely go ahead with giving an iron supplement to the child along with that you should go ahead with giving spinach beetroot and pomegranate and broccoli these things are really quite a lot rich in iron content so these things are something that you can definitely work overWrite Your Answer Here
