today my son fall from bed..but he had no vomiting no sallowen no bleeding....he play all tym and take his meal breastfeeding......his attitude is normal....is there any chance to internal damage?????or it is ok??

A. hi , dont worry if your baby is playing normally.. if you observe signs like vomiting bleeding from nose or ear then you should rush to your pediatrician
