today my boy vaccinated I give painless feverless but still he is crying in pain. fever not came. what to do please suggest

A. how many times can I give the paracetamol drop and what is the time gap of two doses

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he has received a painless injection vaccinations but he is crying of pain so apply ice cube at injection site for three days and give him 1 ml paracetamol
