you can go for either painless vaccine (acellular) or painful (cellular) vaccine because both have got same effectiveness and efficacy and immunity. painless vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painfulr vaccine fever and pain will continue for 2 or 3 days. according to your preference you can choose any one of them.  d
