today I'm in pain my breast one-sided got harder nd give lots of pain wht can I do now pls suggest me some tips i think my breast have a harder thing wht is this i don't know pls help me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a part any local mass like lymph nodes or tissuze pain.
if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then mxeet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
