AkshadaMom of a 2 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. I can’t tell u about hair skin but if you want fresh clean skin which look more beautiful avoid spicy food and sugar contained products and drink lots of water u will surely see the difference

Fair skin is not in your hand if it has to happen it will be like this only but it is beyond our control to decide the colour complexion whether it should be fair or dark it is a very natural thing and based on the genetics no matter how hard you try you cannot enhance the colour complexion to Fair
