Today day 11 from birth of my identical twin ( 2 boy) but bilirubin is not controlled only decreases with phototherapy and again increases when phototherapy stop. I delivered by 35 weeks 4 days. Their birth wt was 1.705 and 1.650.

A. They are in hospital nicu under a pediatrician already.
