to my baby having fever and temp is 100.8 and now any home remedies is there

A. hello paint your PD 6 month old suffering with fever you may gives oral paracetamol drops along with tepid sponging with wet cloth the duration between paracetamol doses must be at least 4 hours if the temperature is less than hundred degree for an head no need to give parecteamol,if the child Appears dulll kindly consult a pediatrician for proper examination
