Thursday baby done 3.5 month vaccination today 2 days over ,bt in tht vaccination place little rashes and knot is there rashes gone only lightly saw ,bt little knot is there,baby is normal ,if we touch in tht place they dint get hurt also what to do

A. this is normal to hv a hard lump on the vaccination site after vaccination.. u may use ice cubes on the lump to reduce the pain redness rash.. take care.. thank u fr reaching the panel...
