this thermometer reading is not showing fever but body is warm and face is red .....why

But if it is not showing fever then there is no requirement to give any medicine to the child still if you feel the body is warm that it would be a normal body temperature still if you’re scared or concerned about the temperature then I would advise you to do Thande Paani Ki Patti that’s going to be helpful
