This kind of patches are there on my 4 month old baby skin.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated sympctoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper cexamination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Maintain hygiene
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give adequate feeding
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Take a good care of your baby
