This is regarding my nephew who is 2 year 2 months. since of late he keeps scratching his body all the time. how can you help

A. it could be some dryness or allergy you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance
