Q.

This is my third month and i am starving a lot. In addition to that I am having too much of irritation on my breasts which is unbearable. Please guide. Also let me know what type of workout i can prefer as i used to go to gym

A. have small frequent meals. eat lots of fruit and salad. avoid papaya take folic acid and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . .

A. hi as you are 3 months pregnant , please avoid starvation. take small and frequent meal. take food items like green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, pulses dairy products etc.,it is important for growing body and your baby in womb too. avoid workout. just stay active enough. go for daily walk.
