this is my report after severe miscarriage bleeding and cramps it's been two since I was bleeding now cramps and bleeding is very low does it mean all pregnancy tissue and fetus has come out does d&c is necessary.. ( please I need a reply from the doctor)

A. No sac is seen in this report so I think that’s a thing that you need to be concerned about you should please visit your gynaecologist as quick as you can understand everything in detail about the report that is there
