there water is flowing from my child eye. We are giving 4 times drop topramycien and tube azethromycen but there is no much recovery.. kindly suggest

A. You should massage the eye near the nasal bridge and inner side of eye as it can ge due to tear duct blockage and clean the eyes with cotton dipped in water and avoid rubbing of eyes
