Q.

TheExpert Sir the bones of my son is very thin. In the comparison of other children too, and if I see, then the bones is very thin. For him, I need some diet or some medicine or something, will you advise me how to increase the density of his bones?

A. Hello mom calcium and vitamin D is very much essential for him , so especially morning massages at times and exposure to morning sunlight is the best source apart from that milk and products - milk , panner , ghee , soya and products , variety of dals and chana , rajma etc , eggs , dry fruits and nuts etc would be beneficial
