Teething causes fever and diarrhea. Is this true, and how can we manage it?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gyyuastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever tyhan it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
