Suddenly since yesterday there is a significant drop in my breast milk . Since last 5 days I’m taking lactomama . Can someone pls help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 months agoA. Apart that have plenty of fluids and fibres in your diet maybe you have done some dietary alteration or something which is why we have dropped and some women and generally face this problem which is going to consult your doctor if needed
