Q.

I have got periods yesterday and I m feeling drop in breast milk from yesterday,what should I do? My baby is 5 months old. Should I give her formula milk ? if yes which one should I use? I don't know much about formula milk !

A. hello if the bm is not sufficient then you can give your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which can help in the growth of a child and also you may take lactate tablet which can also help to increase the milk secretion and would be safe

A. Hello dear parent! There will be slight changes. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for the 6 months
