suddenly my baby has 102.2 fever what should I do now

Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. at 9 pm I gave her p120 1 spoon but still fever is not coming down instead of that it's raising at first it was 101 and now it is 102.3

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if bcrequired in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
