Q.
Suddenly m facing knee pain and muscle tight problems in my right leg.while walking i can feel muscle is getting tight in backside of knee place even while flooding leg also knee is paining. Please suggest what should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping xposture which will help in cdecreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables
