Q.

suddenly from last 2 days my breast milk is very low ..i tried all home remedies Fenugreek seeds..jeera...ajwain..but nothing works...plz suggest me something

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day free meals and massage your breast towards nipple and before start feeding gently apply warm compress and continue feeding

A. i m taking shatavari powder once in a day...2 times lactose grunles...soaked methi seeds... Fenugreek . jeera ajwain boiled water..lactare tablet...but i m very stressed bcoz of the low milk supply
