sudden i felt some change I my behavior whenever my baby becomes more cranky and excessive crying then i also became more irritated and angry and shout on my 4.5 months old baby. later I regrate. how can I control my self?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and if she is bit cranky and irritable so you are too.So it’s okay as a human nature but I think your something is wrong and it’s the cause of the situation
