speech delay is only reason for autistic ? she is not hyper activity she is obeying whatever I do she understands everything I say but talking less ?is this is autistic symptoms ? she is enjoying playing with others and enjoying to go out like park ..

A. Hi mom If the baby is not making eye contact, lives in his own world, does not interact or respond, speech delay etc are the common symptoms of autism. Only speech delay is not autism. Some babies they take time to speak. Encourage and motivate ur baby to speak.
