speech delay in 2 yr and I'm suspecting if autism could be the reason

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. U should consult a child psychologist once to conform if the child is having autism or not and also I’ll tell u to consult a speech therapist regarding the same and also they can tell h weather there is a delay in the speech of the child or not
