Isn’t any special diet that you will have to follow you eat whatever you are liking to eat just follow your cravings and eat whatever makes you happy another that you should take about 1000 steps every day if you’re looking forward for normal delivery and start doing prenatal yoga under the experts guidance and consult your doctor before you go for it
